Projects 

As a group of committee residents ready to offer our time, talent, and treasure, members identify and financially support projects that advance any of our three strategies.  Below are the current projects being supported by Steamboat for All.  

Supporting the Workforce by Reducing the Cost of Living 

Project: Savings Collaborative – $30,000
Funded a program being led by the Steamboat Springs Chamber that provides members and their employees access to free financial education, services, and tools. It can be used to start saving or to improve financial health including reducing debt, increasing credit score and budgeting to buy a car or home..

Advancing Affordable Housing Policies

Project: City of Steamboat Housing Innovation Manager – $48,000 (two-year commitment)
Provided matching funds alongside a state grant to add one additional full-time employee, thus adding capacity to the City of Steamboat to advance affordable housing priorities. 

Mobilizing Employers Around Housing

Project: Regional Housing Partnership – $XXX
We convened the Regional Housing Partnership, bringing together local employers to collaborate on solutions that help workers find stable, appropriate housing. By identifying both short- and long-term opportunities, the partnership fosters collaboration between the public and private sectors, leveraging shared resources, expertise, and innovative ideas to advance workforce housing solutions across the region.
